Nicholas Sheran Leisure Centre
The Nicholas Sheran Leisure Centre was constructed on the West Side of Lethbridge in 1982 and it includes a swimming pool and one sheet of ice. In 2000, the Gyro Spray Park was built behind the Leisure Centre.
Newest of City-owned swimming pools, the pool is rectangular in shape, 25 meters long with two slides and a Tarzan rope. There is a separate wading pool, hot tub, sauna and fitness area equipped with appropriate equipment. The emphasis in this facility is on a total family leisure concept and it caters mostly to the young.
