Gardenia House consists of 60 units in a non-smoking apartment building comprising of 1, 1+den, 2 and 3 bedroom suites. This four-storey complex is located at the corner of Thunderbird Boulevard and Larkin Drive next door to the Old Barn Community Centre. All units on the first, second and third floors are pre-wired for an in-suite security system. The building’s also features a keyless entry system as well as an enterphone at the main entrance with an option to prescreen visitiors via in-suite cable. Hot water is included in the rent. All other utility charges are the responsibility of the tenant.
