Magnolia House was completed in 2012. It is a 47 suite apartment building situated on the southern end of Dahlia House. Located on the west side of Wesbrook Mall and Ross Drive, Magnolia House features 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes. Both Magnolia and Dahlia House share a central courtyard with a shared BBQ. Hot water is included in the rent. All other utility charges are the responsibility of the tenant.
