Dahlia House was completed in 2012. This building is a designated non-smoking complex comprised of 60 homes situated in the heart of the Wesbrook Place neighbourhood at UBC. This pet friendly building includes 1, 2 and 3 bedroom unit layouts. All suites inlcude 5 appliances and quartz counter tops, secure bike storage and a storage unit. Dahlia House shares a central courtyard with the neighbouring Magnolia House which features landscaped areas and a shared BBQ and water feature. Hot water is included in the rent. All other utility charges are the responsibility of the tenant.
