Edmonton Transit provides customer focused, safe, reliable and affordable public transportation services that link people, jobs and communities. Edmonton Transit has 25 transit centres, 9 of which are paired with LRT Stations. Located throughout the city to provide destination and transfer locations for transit customers, our transit centres and LRT stations are fully accessible, with automatic station door openers, and curb ramps, as well as elevators and escalators where needed. Transit Centres have information boards with route and schedule details for those routes serving the transit centre, monitored security cameras, Blue Emergency Help Phones, TTY phones, pay phones, direct call links to ETS Information, and heated shelters or wait areas. They may also offer additional amenities such as Kiss ‘n Ride zones for passenger pick-ups and drop-offs, concessions for purchase of refreshments and other sundries, and information screens and live departure boards.
