Return/Refund policy
Real Estate Customers:
You may cancel your order for our products and services at no
cost by providing a notice of a minimum of 24 hours before the
agreed upon appointment time. You must cancel your service request
via telephone or email. However, once any of the work is performed
or services are rendered by SeeVirtual Marketing & Photography
Inc or any of its suppliers contracted to perform or produce
any part of the product and/or service, or you did not give
adequate notice time for a cancellation or request a change
of appointment, you are liable for full payment of the entire
order amount. You are liable for all work performed and services
rendered.
If there is a conflict or disagreement with the product or
service and it is reported within a reasonable time period (Approximately
7 days), we will do everything possible to rectify the problem
and make you happy. This is handled on a case by case basis
depending on situation and may include re-performing and/or
reproducing parts of the product and/or service, and possibly
providing a discount or future discount on your account. Reshoots
and/or discounts must be first be approved by a company manager.
If a CD is damaged or not received and is reported within a
reasonable time period (Approximately 21 days), we will be pleased
to send a replacement CD to you at no extra charge.
Corporate Customers:
Please refer to your contract for the Return/Refund Policy.
Completion and delivery times for corporate products and/or
service will vary, depending on the complexity of the order.
Please discuss any concerns or details with your sales representative.
Shipping/Delivery Policy
Real Estate Customers:
Virtual tours and/or photographs will be completed and emailed
to the customer within 2 business days of the appointment. Single
CD orders (less than or equal to 5) will be mailed out to the
customer's address via Canada Post unless another shipping method
has been requested. In the case of a multiple CD order (greater
than 5), the shipping cost will be charged to the customer directly
or the customer's courier account will be used to send the package.
Corporate Customers:
Virtual tours and/or photographs will be completed and emailed
to the customer within 8 weeks of the appointment unless specified
otherwise in the work order contract. Single CD orders (less
than or equal to 5) will be mailed out to the customer's address
via Canada Post unless another shipping method has been requested.
In the case of a multiple CD order (greater than 5), the shipping
cost will be charged to the customer directly or the customer's
courier account will be used to send the package.
