The menu was inspired by the cooking of Northern Mexico, Baja California and Southern California... Broiling, grilling and baking are the primary techniques, but talk about guilt-free eating: when anything is fried, only cholesterol-free canola oil is used.

You can see and taste the difference.

Lard... MSG... preservatives... food coloring... additives... Forget it, these additives are never used in the preparation of Las Margaritas' traditional dishes. Everything is made from fresh ingredients, and such condiments as salsa and guacamole are made fresh daily.
